That's interesting. I do intense workouts with a track team and I can push through them well. I don't do well with the long high volume workouts but I can do short intense workouts pretty well. I'm also 30 years old and they say once you reach that age you start falling off. But not me. I still push pretty hard. 30 isn't that old anyway. I don't know if I have those doublets as the website suggests but it hasn't hurt me throughout my life.
