Welcome, glad to have ya.
I have PDD-NOS as well (or so they say; I just call everything "autism" for the sake of me being lazy). So I know some of what that's like.

I wonder how many other people have PDD-NOS - someone made a post on WP asking what form of autism we have and not one person with PDD-NOS responded so the OP feels alone in having it. But yeah, agree in that it's all just autism. And welcome, butterfly88.

I'm glad PDD-NOS isn't in the DSM anymore. They just call everything autism to avoid confusion.

I'm glad PDD-NOS isn't in the DSM anymore. They just call everything autism to avoid confusion. I actually had a dual diagnosis of Asperger's Syndrome and PDD-NOS, but it's easier to just say I have Asperger's Syndrome. PDD-NOS seems very vague.

Wait what? I didn't think it was possible to have 2 different autism diagnoses without one replacing the other.

I was diagnosed with PDD-NOS back when I was 3. and I was wrong planet member. So it's not uncommon.

Wait what? I didn't think it was possible to have 2 different autism diagnoses without one replacing the other. I personally don't understand it either. My mom told me about it a few years ago. I think she said I was also diagnosed with PDD-NOS because I had some motor skills delays when I was really young.
