It appears theyre right back to when we start helping them so not only is the revenue gone but so is the investment they made in our agency.

Its thinking that youre different when you really arent. magic bullet when you really dont. Its thinking that you can help everyone when you really cant. Thats not a criticism of the leaders and employees that pour their souls into their daily work its just an observation. We try to do a much better job in setting expectations for our clients that theyre buying our experience and our effort. Because those two things are exceptional amongst our peers.
